Go Green in 2009
If you care about a future, any future, it's time to get green. Care for the planet, care for yourself and see how much better you feel and how much brighter the future looks. Use clean, green products everyday. Everything from skin care, cosmetics, cleaning products - they are better for your health and the health of the planet. Make small changes, from changing the light bulbs that you use to turning the tap off while brushing your teeth, everything helps. So why not help preserve the world and your body, mind and soul?

Individuality
Sometimes we have a hair/ fashion/ makeup idea but are so nervous about being judged that we just go with the flow and conform to what is "cool". What about when someone says something you don't agree with but you don't want to voice your opinion because your scared no one else will agree with you and you won't look cool? Well, being a clone isn't cool. Individuality is an important aspect of being a human being, and when everyone starts looking, acting and speaking the same that is so NOT hot! It's cool to have your own ideas and your own opinion on things. Rather than follow the crowd wouldn't you rather people like you for what you are, not what you're pretending to be? Nobody is the same in body, mind and soul, so why would you want to look exactly like the next person when everyone has so much to give to the world?

Volunteer work
The Christmas presents have not long been unwrapped and yet you are still pining for the new "it" bag. Take a minute to think about the people around the world that are not so fortunate? There are so many people around Australia and the globe that live in poverty or face daily hardship. If this makes you sick to your stomach as it does us at BB HQ then don't stress, there is something that everyone can do about it. Volunteer work. Not only does volunteer work help the less fortunate, but it is also a chance for you as a person to experience different things in life and meet new people. It can be fun and exciting, but nothing is more rewarding than that feeling you get when you know you're doing something for the wider community.

Cassie Davis
Sick of Christina Aguilera? Totally over Britney? Well there's no need to fret, a new and upcoming star is on the rise and is at the top of BB's "what's hot" in 2009 list. Cassie Davis is a singer/ songwriter/ musician who has worked with the likes of the Black Eyed Peas. The best thing about it is she is home grown talent form Perth, Australia! Her first album is coming out in 2009 so watch out for it, it's gonna be wicked!
