School Hols are a time to hang with your boos and chill out so we are thinking some girly nights in pampering. Here?s our spa-inspirational guide to setting up a home spa and treating you and your boos to pamper perfection.

Set up a room as your home spa. Deck it out so that it is a peaceful haven. Music ? we?re not talking about your fave rap or dance tracks but some mood music. Remember, it?s background music so keep it soft and peaceful.

Candles, preferably gorgeously scented, are a must. Turn down the lights, light the candles and you instantly have a spa sanctuary.

Get a few girls together and take it in turns. One girl treats and the other enjoys and then you swap it and reverse it.

Set up different beauty stations - mani/pedi station, massage and facial zones.
