Not responding to emails
Alright we get it! You're busy, stressed, whatevz, but there is simply no excuse for totally dissing someone by not responding to their emails. Would you turn away from someone and pretend you didn't hear them talking to you? Don't think so! So, why is it OK for you to ignore an email convo from someone who is genuinely wanting a response.

Australia Day Becoming Tool Day
Australia Day seems to be an excuse to get drunk - like really, really drunk. BB saw a girl passed out on the sidewalk the next day at 6am! So drunk she couldn't make it home. BB witnessed countless guys and girls smashed by lunchtime and acting like they own the streets, being rude to anyone they pass by and just being tools! Not sure when Australia Day became synonymous with being a total tool?

Text Snub
People who sit there texting the whole time you are trying to have a convo! What's that about? You have a real, live person in front of you, trying to engage with you, and you choose a text convo instead. So seriously rude. And, here's a hint. You may only have friendships via your computer or phone if you keep this up!

Great expectations
You may have ambition - great! But, what's the deal with expecting to be directing fashion shoots or interviewing major celebrities on your first day on the job (using a job on a magazine as a case in point)? But here is the deal. The editor got to where she is by probably starting out as an intern, getting coffee, filing, updating databases etc etc. The best way to learn is by doing everything. So, you start out with the crappy stuff, ask questions, observe and if you do all that crappy stuff well you will then earn the privilege of getting to the more exciting stuff. Remember, never stop learning!
