The 2008 Aria Awards went off with a BANG in Sydney on October 19th. With hosts Hamish and Andy, surprise celebrity guest Pink and rockin' live performances from the Veronicas and the Presets, it is no wonder we are still raving about it!

When push came to shove (literally) Kate from BB HQ staked out a prime spot on the red carpet, where she got the lowdown on the who's who of Aria attendees and nominees. With microphone in hand, sweat piling from the 35 degree heat and hundreds of screaming and agitated fans edging the red carpet, it was game on biatches!

From Axle Whitehead's vain love for the cameras to Gabriella Cilmi's assumed intoxicated speech after six well deserved wins, it was truly an eventful night for the music industry of Australia!
