Bullying
We’ve said it before but in the wake of the tragic and senseless death of a school boy in QLD, we have to keep saying it. This guy died over a stupid fight over a lunch table. It sounds so ridiculous that you would think it was unbelievable – but it happened. Get Real people – life is too, too short and full of enough drama to go around creating it. Accept we are all different and that’s cool No-one, NO-ONE has the right to judge anyone. The real loser is the person who feels they need to force their opinions, beliefs onto others.

Ageing Yourself
What is the deal with wanting to look older than you are? Packing on the makeup and wearing clothing straight out of your sis/mum’s wardrobe is just not you. You end up looking like someone who is playing dress ups. Stick with looking your age and you will rock being YOU!!!

Crappy Marketing
So over companies that come up with the most ridiculous marketing gimmicks to reel us in. Does anyone fall for this crap? Like, this product will get rid of pimples in 24 hours! There is no way that they can guarantee that result on every single person that uses that product. Yet, they say it, and we’re sure some of us get sucked into give it a try. We say much tighter restrictions on what you can say in advertising.

The Snuggy
OK, we just don’t get it? A blanket with arms that is open at the back so you presumably would actually not be as warm as a blanket. Yet this creation has managed to get on every major media outlet and be talked about – what the?????? It looks so ridiculous, as does the TV ad, that we thought it was a spoof first time we saw it. But no, we found out courtesy of a segment on A Current Affair that it is for real, it sells really well and has a celebrity following, to boot! Anyone, anyone out there that would seriously consider purchasing a blanket with arms and wearing around the house, or as the ad portrays, to a footy match? We think not and we freakin’ hope not!!!!
