The theory that rubbing lemon on your teeth is a good form of teeth whitening is so not hot! The problem is you're actually trading one problem for another. Lemon juice might lighten your locks but it actually hurts your teeth more than it helps. The citric acid in the lemon starts to wear away the enamel on your teeth. So the sensible way to whiten your smile is good old fashioned brushing.

Ditching your Best Friend for a New Boyfriend
Aren't girlfriends normally the support we need when he breaks our heart? We need to spread our time evenly between the two, after all isn't she the girl that always has your back? Letting a good friend down just because the boy rang you last minute and wants to do something is just not hot. Besides, spending time with your girlfriends will just make you miss him more, so the time you do spend together is that much more special.

Abandoning Pets On The Street
People are starting to abandon their pets to save money. Pets tend to be expensive creatures, from food, toys and vet bills, it all adds up! But it's sad that a pet family member is the first victim of the credit crunch. If your pet is proving to be more expensive than first thought why not give them away to a good home or the R.S.P.C.A. At least this way you will have the reassurance that your loved one will be cared for instead of being left hungry on the street.

Our Solider Killed
Our ninth solider was killed in Afghanistan, since 2002. He was shot dead in a severe firefight with the Taliban. He sustained a severe gunshot wound and was evacuated by helicopter where he was then pronounced dead. It's so sad for this to happen to anyone of those soldiers and I'm sure that he will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
