So Not: Lily Allen, no bra, stereotyping and dieting

Lily Allen
Lily Allen…. What can we say? Her story started out like a fairytale - playing her songs on myspace and getting picked up by a huge record label and becoming famous. Now it seems all that we see Lilly Allen doing is walking (or one might say stumbling) out of clubs drunk, kicking photog's or endorsing drugs! Petty sure Lily needs to get her act together if she wants to stay popular in this day and age 'cos the way she is acting is so not hot!

No bra
Paris Hilton has been spotted around town lately not wearing a bra, the same goes with Kate Hudson - totally can understand….sometimes. Ok so we all know that there are those tops that there is no way you can wear a bra with or you end up looking like you have just fallen out of bed. BUT before you adopt this trend think that when you are wearing a top that is A: see through or B: a top that you must have some support for, then buckle up that bra ladies! That means you Paris and Kate!

Stereotyping
Stereotyping is so not hot!!! At times it can affect the best of us, without even recognising it. Stereotyping can hurt and affect many people around us and we may not even ever see the repercussions that are caused. For more reasons why stereotyping can be so terrible, look no further than this month's Bellaboo Inside Access and see the real consequences that can come from a stereotypical view of things and people.

Dieting
Ok, so I'm sure all of us at some time have said "I'm going on a diet this week" or "I'm not eating carbs after 6pm" Well us bellaboobabes believe that the word diet should be banned from the English language! Why? When one says diet the next question in our heads is "for how long?" So rather than going on a diet, why not just adopt a healthy attitude towards food. Eat heaps of fruit and veggies and drink plenty of water and you will never say that word again!

Dieting isn't the right attitude to have. The best way to tackle this situation is to adopt a healthy lifestyle and make your day to day life (with food) a good one. So don't ever think "diet" again, think healthy.
