This is way easy to use babes! First step every day, 5 seconds morning and night and you are cleansed! Squeeze a small amount into your hands, apply to face, add water, build up a lather, rub over our face and then rinse off. Cleansing complete!
Remember, bacteria is a key culprit in pimples. Cleanse every morning and night, no matter what!!! NO EXCUSES EVER!!! Other tips we can give you: make sure pillowcases are changed at least once a week so that your face is not constantly rubbing on something that is teeming with bacteria! Oh, and keep that hair away from a face that is going through the oilies and pimples!
