Returns Policy


We hope you love everything you order from Bellaboo. Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept any returns on opened and used skincare products that are more than 20% consumed (generally allergic reactions happen within the first 15% of a product's use).

Should you be less than happy with anything else you've ordered - we can't imagine why - please return it to Bellaboo within 14 days with your original receipt, and we'll be happy to refund your purchase or send a replacement product.. All refunds are credited to the original pay method. And we don't do cash refunds. Just so you know, IMPORTANT: Send your package via an insured and prepaid method (we recommend REGISTERED POST BY AUSTRALIA POST). Include your packing slip (or invoice number) and please let us know the reason for the return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.

Product returns are processed on a weekly basis, by a trained Bellaboo Crew member. We want to make sure that we check for defects and any unexpected issues so that we know why you weren’t thrilled with your purchase.

If you are in a rush for an item you wanted as an exchange, we suggest that for speedy service, you place a new order with us for any new items, confident that your returned item will be credited once we process the package.
