BB Declares Feb The Month For Self Love!

Valentine’s Day is that one day of the year when couples have an excuse to be extra “lovey dovey.”
It’s when the guys buy their girls expensive (sometimes even cheesy) gifts to show their love. With
all that affection, it’s easy for us single girls to feel lonely. Forget about spending the day cuddling
with your cat, stuffing your face with chocolate, and wishing that he would love you. This Valentine’s

This is just like inner beauty. In order to love yourself, you have to have love from within. To
accomplish this, you need to start accepting yourself for who you are. There is NOBODY on this
planet that is the exact same person as you. Loving yourself also means that you have to treat your
body right. That includes getting plenty of sleep, eating the right foods and knowing your limits.
Embrace your flaws- they make you who you are! The more you learn to love yourself, the sooner
you will consider your flaws to be beautiful!
 

We all have something, maybe even a couple of things, that we are awesome at. It may be a sport,
a subject at school or playing a musical instrument. Never shy away from your talents. If you have
a passion, do whatever you possibly can to take it further. That may mean entering competitions,
practicing for several hours every day or trying to get some work experience. Our talents and
passions are things that make us happy. When we’re happy, we feel more confident!
 

If you’re having a bad day, the last thing you want to do is to talk to someone with a negative
attitude! You want to talk to someone who will listen, talk it out and make you happy. It’s super
important to be around people who are positive and who support you. Not only will they add a ray
of sunshine to your life, your mood will be boosted as well!
 
Okay, okay. So now that you’ve got the loving yourself down pat, here are a few things you can do to
have some quality YOU time!
 
Go to a day spa or get your nails done. Don’t feel like going out? Treat yourself to a bubble
bath and a Bellaboo face mask in the comfort of your own home!

Meditate!
Meditation can calm you down and make you feel really good afterwards. It’s super soothing
to take a break from things and focus all your energy on yourself.
Do what makes you happy!
Cook, read, dance around your room... just have fun!
