Believing in yourself is one of the most important things you can do. Have you ever told yourself that you can’t do something simply because it seemed too hard? What about not taking up an opportunity because you didn’t think you could do it? It’s time to throw out all that negativity and replace it with positive thoughts! Tell yourself that you can achieve a task, whether it seems impossible or not.
Accepting yourself for who you! It’s easy to get caught up in the latest trends and sometimes you forget to be yourself. Never change your personality just to fit in with a group of new people or to impress a boy. Be yourself at all times and remember to be proud of who you are.
Loving yourself is the golden key! Some people have a theory that loving yourself means that you’re conceited. That’s not true! Loving yourself is the way you carry and present yourself. It’s about knowing your limits, respecting yourself and treating your body the right way, both physically and mentally. Loving yourself is the first step you need to take before you can venture onto other relationships.
Challenging yourself to do something different can mix things up and help take a break from important business. You might challenge yourself to try a new sport, listen to a new genre of music or read one book every month. You might even want to challenge yourself on improving something that you accomplished last year. It might be beating a personal best time, raising money for charity or getting better at your favourite hobby. Whatever you do, remember to have fun!
Remind yourself - You ARE Beautiful!
Hey you, guess what? You’re beautiful, both inside and out! Sometimes we forget this though, so follow these steps so you’re reminded daily.
Write inspirational quotes or positive thoughts on Post-It-Notes and stick them where you’ll constantly see them. Some great places are on your mirror, wardrobe door and dresser table.
Stand in front of the mirror and list everything that you like. Focus on the positives. It may be that you love your eye colour, or the way that your hair shines. Let’s be honest, everyone has at least one thing that they don’t like on their bodies, so, for every negative thought that comes to mind; you have to think of two more positives!
Shake that bad mood!
Being in a bad mood can ruin your day and leave you feeling pretty bleh! Next time you’re down in the dumps, do some of these and watch that frown turn upside down!
Listen to some music.

Have a sleepover, read the latest magazines, watch comedy movies, wind down with a Bellaboo face mask and bake some yummy food!
