Rinsing your hair with cold water makes you hair appear more shiny and less frizzy.
Rinsing with hot water opens the pores. Cold water will close them and seal in the protein from shampoo and conditioners.
As crazy as it sounds I love cold water at the end of a shower - so invigorating!
Really good if you need to wake yourself up in the morning - and yes it makes your hair 10 times as shiny and I also heard cold water on your body can make it appear more toned which is cool.
