You can send payment via PayPal - just choose it as your payment option during checkout.
Please make all cheques payable to: Launch Pad Enterprises Pty Ltd (that's Bellaboo's parent company). We'll need to get the bank's A-OK on your funds situation before we can dispatch your order. Bank cheques are processed within 3 business days. Be patient, it will be worth it!

Bellaboo's shipping fees are simple 'cos we know you don't want to stuff around working out how much postage is.
AUSTRALIA: FREE postage anywhere in Australia for orders over $35.00. Orders under $35.00 have a postage fee of $10. All packages are delivered by Express Post so you receive your booty within 3-5 working days and we can track it if it gets lost in the system! Shipping charges for returns are at the customer's expense. Please provide a Street Address, not a PO Box.
ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE WORLD: Refer to the FAQ's on shipping at our on-line partner shop sites for USA (www.drugstore.com); Canada (www.abundancenaturally.com). United Kingdom & Europe (www.blushnkiss.com). All parcels will be delivered to the address you give us at time of purchase.
We hope you love everything you order from Bellaboo. Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept any returns on opened and used skincare products that are more than 20% consumed (generally allergic reactions happen within the first 15% of a product's use).
Should you be less than happy with anything else you've ordered - we can't imagine why! - please return it to Bellaboo within 14 days with your original receipt, and we'll be happy to refund your purchase or send a replacement product.. All refunds are credited to the original pay method. And we don't do cash refunds. Just so you know.
IMPORTANT: Send your package via an insured and prepaid method (we recommend REGISTERED POST BY AUSTRALIA POST and in the USA USPS). Include your packing slip (or invoice number) and please let us know the reason for the return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.
If you want to lodge a return
Product returns are processed on a weekly basis, by a trained Bellaboo Crew member. We want to make sure that we check for defects and any unexpected issues so that we know why you weren?t thrilled with your purchase.
If you are in a rush for an item you wanted as an exchange, we suggest that for speedy service, you place a new order with us for any new items, confident that your returned item will be credited once we process the package.
When you visit Bellaboo our servers automatically record basic information about your visit, such as the type of internet browser and operating system you are using, the date, time and duration of your visit and the pages you viewed. This information is anonymous and does not give us any personal information. We're not being sneaky, just trying to figure out how you might use our website so that we make it even better!
We'll use your purchasing details to fulfill your order and when you sign up to join the BB Crew, we'll send you a monthly newsletter featuring heaps of cool stuff, exclusive offers and the latest beauty news hot from the Bellaboobabe Mag. We don?t share this with anyone else and we never ever sell it.
Now, in the event that we give out your personal information, it will only happen if:
A) You give us your permission to disclose the info.
B} Legally we are compelled or authorised to.
C) Bellaboo reasonably believes there is a threat to someone's life or health.
D) Our website or business is sold to, or merged with another entity.
