Tips for your school work related stress!

Hey Babes!

So basically this whole week I've had nothing but exams, and here in NJ, we have midterms coming closer and closer. I don't particularly handle stress very well, and I often procrastinate. So, I've put together a couple tips to help you guys get through stress when it comes to school work.

1. Get your favorite snacks, and reward yourself with them after getting a certain amount of work done. Every time I successfully memorize something, I treat myself with some cherries. :)

2. Eliminate all distractions. Close your Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, whatever! Turn off your phone, shut off the TV, and put the computer away. Distractions will just take up time, and you'll get nothing done.

3. Every now and then, take a breather. You don't want to stress yourself too much.

4. If you're feeling extremely overwhelmed, stop what you're doing and try watching a funny video. They will calm you down and cheer you up :) Or, walk outside if it’s cool. Fresh air is rejuvenating

Here are some of my favorite videos:

Of course, those are only a few;)

5. GUM GUM GUM
From personal experience, I know that Gum (mint) really helps me concentrate.

So take these tips into consideration! I hope they're helpful to you :)
