No, we are not talking about a sudden strange pet craze like miniature pigs some years back....but a celeb obsession with EMU sheepskin booties. Ummm, yes that would be the proudly Australian footwear phenomena that has gone from being the footwear of choice for bogans to MAJOR fash cred.

I myself do not have a very good emu association....of the bird variety, that is! I once got chased by one of the beady eyed beasts. But, if it's good enough for Kate Hudson, Ashley Greene, Anna-Lynne McCord and Brittany Pierce...then it's good enough for me. Just like that beady eyed beast, there's no moving backwards on this fashion bandwagon just fashion forward baby!
